For our company, employee safety is the most important topic. This year we started a special campaign DÁVEJ BACHA!. The goal is to focus on the perception of the risk of our work and to be aware of and notice dangerous situations.

We have set an uncompromising vision of Zero accidents.

We want to improve the company culture towards sharing and greater proactivity in the field of occupational safety.
The main pillars of the campaign are

1. Meetings with installers and construction managers on construction sites – a new topical topic every month
2. Games, contests and awards
3. New training – climbing, rescue, leading people on construction sites
